\u00a0Visiting Us:\u00a0 PHTM\u00a0is situated in Howick, \u00a0East Auckland, New Zealand.<\/h4>\n

We are near the intersection of Elliot and Moore Streets. The white and red Polish Flag will be flying to welcome you. This is \u00a0attached to the museum building.\u00a0\u00a0The Museum consists of two levels, the Upper and Lower Galleries.<\/p>\n

The Lower Gallery also contains the PHT Library and has facilities to screen movies and documentaries (up to 35 visitors) and houses part of the museum collection, but the main collection is in the Upper Gallery. We do not have a lift but you have to deal with only a dozen stairs. Free parking is available in the Museum grounds. Buses can also park in this area.<\/p>\n

Group Bookings and Individual Visitors:<\/h4>\n

The Museum welcomes individual visitors and group bookings. Please see ‘Adult group bookings’ tab for more details on group bookings. For school groups see tab ‘Stefania for Schools’.<\/p>\n

Admission prices:<\/h4>\n

  • Individual visitors: by donation. Suggest $10-$5<\/li>\n
  • Group bookings\/workshops\/classes : by arranged entry fee, usually around $10pp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0Workshops\/classes and educational programmes:<\/h4>\n

    There are also workshops\/classes and educational programmes designed for adults, children and families. PHTM\u00a0 also encourages school groups and home school students to participate in the ‘Stefania for schools’ programme.\u00a0 See further details on the Stefania for schools’ tab.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0Events:<\/h4>\n

    Please contact us for the latest events. This is an ever changing programme and includes family days to celebrate Easter and Christmas, as well as workshops in traditional paper craft called Wycinanki. Most events start at 2pm. Please call to make an inquiry for the latest activity. The museum also takes part in exhibitions for the following events ‘Auckland Festival of Photography’, ‘NZ Archaeology Week’, ‘Auckland World of Cultures’ and ‘Auckland Heritage Festival’.<\/p>\n

    HOURS: We are open Tues to Friday and Sunday afternoon. We offer ‘after hours visits’ as well but these need to be arranged prior, see How to find us tab.<\/p>\n
